How long will it take for my bag to be delivered? – Your bag will be dispatched from West Auckland. If ordered by 1pm, your order will be processed the same day.
We have several delivery options available to you;

- Rural (3-5 days)
- Weekend Delivery
We understand you may have a special request regarding delivery, or have missed the cut off time – we are here to help so please call us between 8am and 8pm to discuss. If you need an urgent delivery, please contact us to discuss.
Standard
Orders will be shipped same day if received before 1pm. Allow 1-3 days for delivery.
Rural
Orders will be shipped same day if received before 1pm. Allow 3-5 days for delivery. Note Rodney district rural will normally be delivered in 2-3 days.
Weekend Delivery
For Auckland delivery on a Saturday please contact us to check availability. For Sunday and the rest of the country your order will be dispatched on Monday morning.
Delivery Delays
We endeavor to deliver your parcel on the requested delivery date if your order is placed before the ordering cut-off time but because of location, weather, traffic, incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses and unforeseen circumstances we cannot guarantee this. If you are aware that your parcel has not been delivered on time please email us with your order number and we will contact the courier asking for the reason and the expected delivery date.
Overseas Delivery
We currently only ship overseas by special request, please call to discuss your requirements and an estimated cost.
Shipping Costs
Shipping Costs are calculated at time of check out.
Delivery to Hospitals
Please ensure you give the ward and room number of the recipient and check that they will be in hospital on your requested delivery date. If the parcel needs to be redirected because the recipient has been discharged there will be additional redirection costs from the courier so please take time to check this.

Paypal
We currently use Paypal as our gateway for payment. You do not have to have a paypal account to use this.
